These folks are simply amazing! We searched all over for a "fireplace expert" who could solve the issue of our masonry fireplace smoking us out of the house every time we tried to use it.Many so called "experts" came and went without giving us a functional solution until I spoke with Megan and Kevin at Blazin Hot Fireplaces.They assured us a fireplace stove insert with an external air kit would solve our issue. They came out in advance to look at what all the job would entail and then delivered our Kuma Cascade LE fireplace stove insert and installed it the same day.We could not be happier with the results. We have used our fireplace nearly every day since it was installed and wow does it heat our main living area well.If you have an issue similar to ours or you just want a more efficient way to use your fireplace call them. They are true experts in their craft and even called us back a week after install to check in and ensure everything was working as promised.

The owners seem extremely customer-oriented to please. They provide the best product on the market as well as expertise in maintaining awesome gas log sets offering any home or office a fabulous ambience . I purchased two vented gas log sets, one for outdoors & one for indoors. The few issues after they professionally installed them were quickly resolved by the owners. This business appears to be the best in Texas, plus the only place that I will rely on for such a unique, specialty product.
